Finally, I’ve released version 3 of The Macro Paradox Indicator for free, along with a clear and comprehensive explanation of the indicator and how I’m utilizing the Telegram Signals.

This is what I do:

1. I wake up to read and write the news summaries, which you can find at:

   I do it because I want to understand the market’s sentiment for today.
   Then I figured out I could make a newsletter out of it so you can save time.

2. I look at SPY and ES1 before the market opens, using the free Macro Paradox Indicator I created to judge how today will look.

3. The Telegram Signals Channel (intra-day trading)

   1. I use the Macro Paradox Indicator on SPY and ES1 to determine whether it is a bull or bear day.

   2. If it looks like a bear day, I’m not day trading, completely disregarding signals.

   3. If the day looks bullish, I buy the Signals as soon as they appear on the Telegram Channel.

   4. I never put more than 3% of my day trading capital in a single stock (Law of Large Numbers).

   5. I set the stop losses and take profits from the signals.

   6. I use TradingView’s Auto Chart Patterns to help myself read the candles.

   1. If the stock returns a significant return, even though the signal says it could be higher, I will take 5%. Intuition comes into play now. Reading the candles.

   2. I never keep stock overnight. I sell everything before the day ends (worst case–end of the day while taking losses, but I try to sell over the day, making a few percent every day overall).
