TESLA Giveaway

Subscribers who are paid subscribers on 31st August, 2024 will be elligible for the raffle which will be held on livestream in September.

When we reach 2M free subscribers on this Substack newsletter we will giveaway a “Tesla” to a random paying subscriber.
Rules:
The value of the prize will be determined based on the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) of the base model Tesla Model 3 in Delaware at the time of the giveaway.
You must be 18 years old.
You can reside anywhere in the world.
No additional purchase or action is required beyond maintaining your paid subscription.
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible paying subscribers, including lifetime subscribers.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their subscription.
The winner must respond within 14 days to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner will be selected, until we find a responding winner.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow us to use their first name, and country of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The winner also agrees to confirm receipt of the prize and share their experience with us, including a photo, which we can feature in our newsletter and on our social media platforms to prove that we actually did a legitimate giveaway. We do not require a photo of your face. We will maintain you privacy. Just some reasonable proof.
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
Our decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
Any disputes arising from this giveaway will be resolved under the laws of Delaware, and participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delaware.
By participating, you agree to be bound by these rules and our decisions, which are final and binding in all respects.
